Newsweek Names StubHub Number One in Ticketing Among America’s Best Companies for Customer Service

2019 Rankings Based on Nearly 133,000 Customer Survey Responses

Today, Newsweek named StubHub to its inaugural 2019 list of America’s Best Companies for Customer Service. Leading the ticketing services category at number one, StubHub joins an esteemed list of customer-first companies.

Newsweek’s inaugural list is based on an independent survey of a vast sample of more than 20,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. Customers completed nearly 133,000 evaluations on whether they would recommend brands to friends or family and assessed brands in the following areas: quality of communications, technical competence, range of services, customer focus and accessibility. The survey results provided information about brick and mortar, as well as online retailers and service providers, from 141 categories, spanning a broad spectrum of customer experiences.
