As a global leader in ticketing, today, StubHub launches “StubHub Beyond,” a new loyalty offering for its most loyal customers in its mission to become more than a ticket. With a history of innovation and ‘firsts,’ StubHub is the first secondary ticket marketplace to launch a loyalty program.
The initial offering from StubHub Beyond is an auto-enrollment program for StubHub’s most loyal customers who have spent $10K or more in ticket purchases in a rolling 12-month period. Initially rolling out in the U.S., StubHub plans to roll the program out globally.
In this first offering, StubHub Beyond members who hit the “Beyond” threshold will be rewarded for their loyalty and repeat purchases with the following: (1) no-questions-asked refund protection (some exclusions do apply); (2) premier customer service with a dedicated StubHub support team; and (3) early VIP access to select discount event promotions and invitations to unique live events, including the Masters (PGA), Lollapalooza and various MLB events.
The company is retargeting its loyalty offerings and purpose with this launch of StubHub Beyond. In time, the program will have elements that can be offered to all StubHub users including opt-in levels and experiential layers. StubHub’s goal of this benefits-based and experiential-backed program is to extend its mission to go beyond the ticket transaction, and be more to its fans.
StubHub Beyond members are automatically enrolled in the program, and those who qualify will receive a welcome email about the program today.
