The US Open Kicks off this week and is widely considered a bucket list event for most sports fans. Interest in the 2019 US Open is growing, with increasing demand around the world. While traffic on StubHub for the US Open is up 20% over last year, buyers from more than 40 countries have bought tickets for the US Open.
The good news is, it’s not too late to buy: there are still nearly 10,000 tickets available to the tournament, some as low as $60 and Women’s Finals tickets starting as low as $125. There is also a new service for US Open Ticket buyers on StubHub: exclusive access to private pedicabs for the entire two week tournament, taking fans directly from the ticket pickup location at Citi Field to the entrance of the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

“As fans gear up for the US Open this summer, StubHub has seen a lift in ticket sales,” said Jill Krimmel, GM of Sports at StubHub. “While the USA is still dominating sales for the event, we’ve seen Mexico and Canada purchase more tickets as the event nears and overall sales were up five percent in July.”
