The Week in Events – NBA and NHL – March 13, 2017

As both NBA and NHL head toward the end of the regular season, StubHub takes a look at what matchups are generating the most demand this week.

NBA

The Cavs top the list of the most in-demand games with two games scheduled in L.A. during the weekend, stealing last week’s thunder from the Warriors.

The average ticket price for Golden State Warriors games is down nearly  24% from last week. Possible reasons for this decrease could be last week’s three-game losing streak and Kevin Durant’s absence.

NHL

In NHL, the Lightning vs. Rangers matchup is the biggest draw for fans this week while the Blackhawks continue to perform well in ticket sales as they secure a top position in the rankings.
